The founders - Miles Seecharan and Janina Tubby - have over ten years experience training business people inside multinational companies such as Procter & Gamble and ABB, and decided to specialise in online business writing training due to:

• the expanding volume of writing caused by electronic communication

• the increased need for writing to be clearly and quickly understood internationally

• the greater flexibility and convenience of online training for business people

• the potential of new technology for providing a more effective learning experience.

As a result, Miles and Janina launched their first on-line business writing courses in 2000 within several corporations.
